Managing Employees in Offer18

Creating and managing the employees in the new dashboard is very easy and fully flexible.

In Offer18, you can create, manage, and assign specific permissions to employees / managers and also, prohibit them to access particular sections in their employee account. Note : Managers/ Employees are not affiliates

To create manager/employee account in Offer18, Navigate to Account >> Employees. Here, just enter unique email id of employee and click on Submit button

Assign Permissions to Managers / Employees -

In Offer18, permissions given to administrators: Can grant access / restrict access of particular section for their managers . Has the power to limit the display field to their managers. Permissions for Managers - Once any account manager is onboarded by the administrator, by default there will not be any permissions assigned. Which means that managers will have 0 Permissions in their account.

Predefined permissions for managers -

  • Custom - Manager can customize each and every permission for employees and create custom template of it.

  • Affiliate Manager - If Administrator is onboarding an employee in dashboard who will only manage business with affiliate partners only, then this permission will help them to quickly setup manager account.

  • Advertiser Manager - If Administrator is onboarding an employee in dashboard who will only manage business with advertiser partners, only to get campaigns/offers onboarded in his account, then this permission will help them to quickly setup manager's account.

  • Administrator Manager - If Administrators are two or more business partners working, then main admin owner can setup administrator manager permissions for that account. IMPORTANT -This permission will create a sub admin account in which all administator permissions will be given except for -Admin's Profile, Security, change logs and Billing.

  • Billing Manager - Administrator can set this template in case he is onboarding an employee in dashboard who will only manage business finances on his behalf.

Assign Affiliates / Advertisers to Managers -

When administrator provides custom permissions to any manager, they can have both affiliates and advertisers assigned to them.

Caution:-One Affiliate or One Advertiser cannot have multiple managers / employees.

Report Access to Managers (By Status) -

If administrator want his managers to view reports having one or more status types then he can select which status report should be displayed to manager. E.g. Administrator wants his manager to see only report having Status = Approved / Rejected. In this case, administrator will select Report Filter : Approved and Rejected. Selected status report will effect on Dashboard stats display in that manager's account.
